Default Menu Entry from Submenu Ignored by GRUB menu

MX Boot Option (MXBO) feature to select a menu entry, will be ignored or
wrongly interpreted by GRUB, if those menu entries have beeb selected from a submenu. The only exception is the first menu entry frim the first submenu as
this menu entry is identical to the frist menu entry in the menu.

Reason: The implementation within MXBO is missing to store the entry of the
submenu-id together with the boot-menuentry-id
The general format to store the preselected default menu entry to boot from
with in the GRUB_DEFAULT parameter in /etc/default/grub is of the format

GRUB_DEFAULT="submenu-id>boot-menu-id"

For entries in the main (upper menu, i.e. not with the submenu) will be
preselected as

GRUB_DEFAULT="boot-menu-id"

The format of the menu-id's can be either position number, title-string or GRUB's internal menu-id.
